What is HRIS?
A Human Resource Information System [HRIS] is a software solution that enables storage and management of information with respect to -

CoreHR is the Human Resources system that the University employs to automate a range of HR processes, including payroll, expenses, training and leave management
User Access and HRIS Support
The HRIS Support team provide technical support and are the system administrators for the HR system and employee applications (CorePortal ESS). Responsibilities involve the maintainence and continual improvement of the system, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency.
Staff members should get in touch with hrissupport@ucc.ie if they require access to the HRIS system (Back Office) Please note access to Timesheets must be requested from the Payroll Office. Access to ESS is also managed by HRIS Support. Please direct any non-technical Human Resources queries to the HR reception hrqueries@ucc.ie

If you require an ad hoc report please submit the attached request form. Please allow 3 weeks for a report request to be processed.
